My parents engaged in “doctor shopping”, dragging me to over a dozen psychiatric doctors under false pretenses and paying them to administer powerful, unprescribed drugs.
This is the call recording of my mother talking to my father how they are taking me to dozens of doctor so that they can manipulate me.
On June 28, 2024, I visited Dr. Bansal for a throat infection (diagnosed as “Chronic laryngopharyngitis”). Despite no need for surgery, he administered anesthetic gas (possibly nitrous oxide) without explanation or consent, rendering me unconscious. Five family members, including my robust male cousin (who reported my online pleas to my parents), guarded me to prevent resistance. I underwent unknown procedures without informed consent, and my infection persisted untreated. Dr. Bansal refused to explain when contacted later. My mother gave me psychiatric drugs and her own medications (for stomach ulcers and blood disease) instead of antibiotics, including a strange-tasting syrup she claimed was expired. She denied knowledge, claiming they “fell into the bag” or I added them myself. The drugs given to me were:

- Combination of Benfotiamine, Vitamin D3, Calcium Carbonate, Cyanocobalamin, Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA), Inositol, Chromium Picolinate, Pyridoxine HCI, and Folic Acid
- Escitalopram Tablets IP
- Clonazepam and Propranolol Hydrochloride Tablets
- Azithromycin Tablets IP 500 mg
I took pictures of all the medicines in the medicine bag which were being given to me.
This was the second course of medication. I have no knowledge of their origin, prescriptions, or diagnoses, nor who provided them to my parents. I believe they intended to kill me and disguise it as an accident, as I discovered them hiding drugs in my food to cause an overdose. There were numerous medicines I was forced to take under threat of violence for which I was not permitted to or could not read any label on.
My father tied me up hand and foot, threatening to beat me if I resisted. My mother then force fed me against my will while my father awaited for five men to arrive who phsycally and sexually assaulted me, stripping me naked and injecting me with sedatives (supplied by Mrs. Arushikha Singh, Jeevak Clinic, Firozabad) without supervision. He said I would be unconscious for three days and when I said “How will I drink ? I will die” he responded “That’s not my problem” and walked off, leaving me unconscious and tied up at the mercy of the men. When I eventually awoke an unknown time later I had been transferred to my bed, bruised and sore. The following morning I was forced into work against my will under threat of the incident being repeated.
On July 17, 2024, Ambika Agnihotri (Chandigarh) counseled me, claiming to represent the Health and Family Welfare Ministry. Payment receipts show my mother paid her via Axis Bank, suggesting bribery or misrepresentation. She broke confidentiality, contacted my father, and urged me to accept the abuse, refusing to transfer my case to legal authorities.
After a September 9, 2024, order by PCS City Magistrate Rajendra Kumar (Firozabad) barred my parents from interfering, I moved to Assam. Days later, my father fabricated claims of violence and insanity. On September 23, 2024, Priya Seth (Undersecretary, UP) and Dr. Chanchal Chandra (IMHH, Agra) issued a letter for my involuntary institutionalization at IMHH, Agra, without contacting me.
My father told IMHH that I was studying in Ghaziabad and that my behavior suddenly changed in February 2023. He claimed he took me to the Outpatient Department of the Mental Health Institute and Hospital (IMHH), Agra, for treatment on March 27 and April 14, 2024, where Dr. Abhimanyu Singh counseled me. According to him, the doctor observed signs of mental illness and treated me, advising a follow-up visit. This statement appears in a letter from IMHH, signed by its director. I want to clarify that I visited IMHH only once. I wasn’t treated there. Dr. Singh didn’t even speak to me for five minutes. He said nothing, just told me to leave. My father then spoke to him privately for about 30 minutes and returned with medicines. No one told me if I was diagnosed or what the medicines were for. They said I should return, but I refused. The IMHH report listed my symptoms as irritability, crying spells, conflicts with family, running away from home, suspiciousness, and prioritizing talks with my teacher. I see nothing wrong with this. I was locked up and beaten for seven months, so naturally I’d be upset, cry, clash with my family, and try to escape. I was suspicious because they repeatedly threatened to drug or kill me. I contacted my teacher for help. The report also falsely claimed I consumed alcohol 7-8 times, which is a blatant lie. I was confined the whole time and never drank. Even my gender and religion were recorded incorrectly in the outpatient case sheet, making the report completely unreliable.
This is the list of doctors with their registration numbers whom I want to complain against.
Even after I got the magistrate’s order and left India, my father keeps spreading lies, saying I’m dead and rotting in some Tihar Aashram or have been human trafficked, and filing false missing person reports. He’s still pushing the police to track me down and put me in a mental institution for no reason at all. I’m not missing. I’m very active on social media. The magistrate gave me permission to live wherever I want. My father even emailed the Director General of Police in Lucknow on July 29, 2024, claiming he returned my belongings and let me leave. That’s a lie and he never gave me anything back, and he kept me locked up. That email is proof he admitted to confining me. These are the emails my father sent to the police.
