Corrupt Police takes Kharcha Paani and Blocks FIRs

I have tried filing multiple FIRs with the police, but they either toss my reports in the trash or reject them outright. On May 8, 2024, DSP Amrish Kumar personally took my verbal statement and promised I’d be rescued from my father’s house in 2-3 days. That was a lie. No FIR was filed, no investigation happened. I’ve given my statements to the police and the NCW several times, but nothing has been done about it. I gave this FIR application in Line Par Police Station on 12 Apr 2024 but it was not registered and I was not given a copy of it.

FIR – Line Par Police Station – 12 Apr 2024

This is the statement  I gave to NCW on 06 Jun 2024 and I have a signed copy of it.

This is Verbal statement I gave at magistrate office for my Case Number: 06/2024 on 09 Sep 2024.

I tried filing multiple e-FIRs through the Uttar Pradesh e-FIR portal, but they were all rejected with vague reasons, and even after submitting them several times, they continued to be rejected.

My e-FIR, with registration number 202400151904, was duly registered on the Uttar Pradesh e-FIR portal. However, I have not received a rejection email, and no investigation has been conducted regarding the matter.

E-F.I.R No. 202400151904

Due to the repeated rejections and lack of investigation regarding my e-FIRs submitted through the Uttar Pradesh e-FIR portal, I proceeded to file three zero FIRs via the Assam Police Online Citizen Service, bearing reference numbers e-FIR-0425-002411, e-FIR-0425-002412, and e-FIR-0425-002421. Only the e-FIR with registration number e-FIR-0425-002411 was successfully processed, and I have not received any response concerning the other two zero e-FIRs.

The e-FIR with registration number e-FIR-0425-002411 was transferred to Firozabad police. I received an official email from the Linepar Police Station in Firozabad regarding FIR No. 149/2025 under Sections 117(2), 127(2), 140(1), and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against my father, Ashish Jain. I gave my FIR Police Statement on 02 Aug 2025 on microsoft teams video call. Despite giving my statement and providing the evidence, no action has been taken.

On May 29, 2024, I filed a missing report for my documents at the Line Par Police Station in Firozabad. I have a firm belief that my father stole my documents but police never did investigated about that.

Missing Report of Documents – General Diary – 29 May 2024

I’ve seen police officers accepting bribes from my father to ignore my case infront of me. The investigation report from the Superintendent of Police, Firozabad, claims I “went somewhere without informing anyone” and that my mobile number, 7900260103, was uncontactable. That’s not true. The police knew I was leaving the city and they even asked me about it. My father illegally changed the ownership of my phone number without my permission, which is why I lost access to it. He did this to cut me off and make me seem uncontactable. I’ve sent them evidence on emails, WhatsApp messages, including proof of my father trying to kill me multiple times but neither the police nor Superintendent Saurabh Dixit have taken any action. The report’s claim that there’s “no supporting evidence” is just an excuse to avoid investigating because I have provided ample amount of evidence. I’ve filed five RTI applications with the Superintendent of Police’s office since November 2024 to get information, but they’ve dodged every single one with excuses.
